Tuyen is a family law paralegal who supports clients and counsel through complex and often deeply personal family law matters.

Since beginning her career in family law, Tuyen has developed a strong background in litigation support, legal research and analysis, and case preparation. She assists with the preparation of matters from inception through resolution and has experience preparing detailed case summaries and supporting materials for negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. She takes pride in understanding the details of each matter and ensuring that the work behind the scenes is thorough, organized, and purposeful.

Tuyen holds a Paralegal Diploma and Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from Capilano University, as well as a Diploma in Criminology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. She earned a place on the Dean’s List at each institution, reflecting her strong academic achievement and commitment to excellence.

In addition to her family law experience, Tuyen has experience working with Crown counsel, providing her with a broader perspective on litigation and the justice system and further strengthening her legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
